However, should you need to amend, return, or replace an item, our policies are designed to make the process seamless and fair.
Order Cancellations
Paid orders can be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a change, please contact our customer support here or email us at help@royaltoiletry.com with your order details.
Once an order has entered in shipment processing, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. You may request a reshipment or return/refund if:
- Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery period 45 days (60 days for bathtubs).
- You received an incorrect or wrong item.
- You wish to return an item that is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated withinย 30 daysย of delivery. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our customer support will provide all necessary return instructions to ensure your item is handled with care.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, it is important to notify us and report the damage within 15 days after the date of order delivery.
To assist us in resolving the matter swiftly, we may request photographs and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping fees where applicable.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted where:
- Delivery failure occurs due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the consignee cannot be reached.
- Delays arise from circumstances beyond our control (such as transport disruptions, or natural events).
Refund Processing
All approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5โ15 business days for the transaction to appear in your account once processed.
