Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within a limited time frame. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time 45 days (bathtubs 60 days).*
  • you received the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, in the original packaging.

You can apply for a return and refund requests within 15 days after the date of order delivery. You can do it by contacting our customer support.

*We do not issue the refund on delays if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address; consignee is not reachable)
  • your order does not arrive on time due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

Broken deliveries

You can request a refund or reshipment on broken deliveries. IMPORTANT! If the ordered item(s) You received were broken, You must contact us and report the damage within 15 days after the date of order delivery.

NB! All refunds are paid to the original payment source and can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account.
