All orders can be cancelled within a limited time frame. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time 45 days (bathtubs 60 days).*
- you received the wrong item
- item(s) you received, were broken**
- you do not want the product you have received. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the date of order delivery receipt or the guaranteed period for delivery has expired (You haven’t received Your order within 45 days, 60 days for bathtubs). You can do it by contacting our customer support.
*We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address; consignee is not reachable)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
** IMPORTANT! If the ordered item(s) You received were broken, You must contact us and submit a broken delivery complaint to a shipping company within 15 days after the date of order delivery.
