Purchasing Terms and Conditions



We provide FREE shipping for all orders from our regional warehouses located in the US and EU and international warehouse located in China via FedEx, UPS, DHL or similar depending on the weight and size of the products.


Order processing and preparing time, depending on the products, 2 to 5 business days.  Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States, Canada: 7-20 days
Europe, United Kingdom: 10-20 days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 10-25 days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 20-35 days
Africa: 20-35 days

Guaranteed max. delivery time 45 days except bathtubs, bathtubs 60 days.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, different items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages (for example, when we have products in different warehouses).

All orders can be cancelled within a limited time frame. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

a) you do not receive them within the guaranteed time 45 days (bathtubs 60 days)*.
b) you received the wrong item
c) you do not want the product you have received. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

NB! You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the date of order delivery. You can do it by contacting our customer support.

We do not issue the refund on delays if:

a) your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address; consignee is not reachable)
b) your order does not arrive on time due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).


You can request a refund or reshipment on broken deliveries. IMPORTANT! If the ordered item(s) You received were broken, You must contact us and report the damage within within 15 days after the date of order delivery.
