SHIPPING & DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We provide FREE shipping worldwide for all orders (warehouses are located in the United States, EU and China) by FedEx, UPS or DHL depending on the weight and size of the products.

SHIPPING TIME

Order processing and preparing time, depending on the products, 2 to 5 business days.  Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States, Canada: 7-20 days
Europe, United Kingdom: 10-20 days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 10-25 days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 20-35 days
Africa: 20-35 days

Guaranteed max. delivery time 45 days except bathtubs, bathtubs 90 days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, different items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages (for example, when we have products in different warehouses).

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled within a limited time frame. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

a) you do not receive them within the guaranteed time 45 days (bathtubs 90 days)*.
b) you received the wrong item
c) item(s) you received, were broken**
d) you do not want the product you have received. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

NB! You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the date of order delivery receipt or the guaranteed period for delivery has expired (You haven’t received Your order within 45 days, 90 days for bathtubs). You can do it by contacting our customer support.

We do not issue the refund if:

a) your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
b) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

** IMPORTANT! If the ordered item(s) You received were broken, You must contact us and submit a broken delivery complaint to a shipping company within 15 days after the date of order delivery.
